Your clients' data deserves the same standard of care you bring to their cases. Probate Helper is built so estate attorneys can prospect, intake, and prepare documents without compromising the confidentiality their practice depends on.
Sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Personally identifiable information is protected with field-level AES encryption, so the most sensitive details are never stored in the clear.
All data is centrally managed on infrastructure we control. Role-based access keeps each firm's leads, cases, and documents scoped to that firm — the right people see the right information, and no one else.
Outreach workflows and documents are built to meet your state bar's advertising and solicitation rules. Court-ready forms match your county's requirements, and attorney review checkpoints keep you in control before anything reaches a client or court.
Every connection to Probate Helper is secured with TLS, so data is encrypted while moving between your browser and our servers. Stored data is encrypted at rest, and the most sensitive fields — names, contact details, and other personally identifiable information — are encrypted individually at the field level using AES. Even within our own systems, that information stays protected.
Access to customer data is governed by role-based controls. Each law firm's leads, estate cases, and generated documents are scoped to that firm; one customer can never see another's data. Internally, access is limited to the people who need it to operate and support the service, and authenticated access to sensitive records is logged.
Probate is a regulated form of practice development, and the platform is designed around that reality:
Probate Helper identifies opportunities from publicly available records — obituaries, court filings, registers of deeds, and property records — and enriches them into qualified leads for the subscribing firm in its territory. We do not sell personal information. For full detail on what we collect and how it's handled, see our Privacy Policy.
